Root Got my SD card, Installed the Rom ... then

I've done everything Brainz and GameTheory have to told me to do, I installed the ROM but I have noticed something.

I've left my phone off the hook for the past day, just to see how long it takes for the battery to drain. With rooting, installing the rom and Juice defender I get about 15hrs with minimal use.

Last night I had it off the hook for an hour and it was still at 100%, but when I was on the phone with a friend today.. I could literally see my battery going doing 1% per every few minutes on the phone.. I just want know what's going on with that, cause when I'm not using the phone it dies really slow but when I'm using it... like it's going down really fast.

I mean I could use 12% of the phone in 10mins of use... what could this mean?

I hear that what u saying but can i ask did u let the rom settle in before checking the battery rates . And second do u own a car  funny that i ask this but i notice my rom to do the same but as soon as i got off of the device and it went into deep sleep or hibernation i noticed that the battery level went up just like the gas guage in my car would do after i leave the car over night . So just let the device go into sleep or hibernation and see if it goes up . Also if you want to monitor batt. Life first clean stats and do it on a 2 day period

See read this batt. Related problems

The problem I had with just using the Batterycallibration app as directed is that if you only do what the app says you still run into the issue of the phone thinking that a lower percentage like 93% is 100% and not allowing the phone to charge above 93%. So if you do what the app tells you and run it at 100% and do nothing else but let the phone power down it would only charge back up to whatever the phone thought was 100% when the app was used. All the BatteryCalibration app actualy does is delete the batterystats.bin wich can be done with a file explorer in a fraction of the time it takes to open the market and download the app. I used to think the same thing as it was an ad for the app that I learned your battery percentages can get out of whack after flashing a Rom.
