hi, we recently purchased a gpad tablet actually one week ago tonight i turn it on and the screen is white with color clutter in one corner and the tablet will load no further? THERE HASNT BEEN ANY PSYCHICAL DAMAGE TO THE DEVICE Im puzzled and need to know how to fix
