Help GPRS and internal memory problem,,

Hi, I'm using reliance network, I'm able to get gprs conf. setting, always an error occur, i have set many apn manually bt i don't think they r working properly,.i have to set my network on 3g ( though i don't have 3g activated), currently I'm in west delhi, bt sum weeks ago, im living in south delhi, out there there is problem of speed bt after midnight speed on 2g network is tremendous high, bt here I'm not even able to connect by 2g, using 3g give me speed in uc about 7 kbps, paar ab toh woh bhi aa takne lagi he, plz help,

secondly, is there any app that can install application in sdcard as my phone memory is always low,..

and last thing, can i play stream videos online, means flash, by any mean...
