Help GPRS etc stops working

I've noticed that GPRS and other data links seem to stop working on my HTC One X after a while, even when there's a network signal showing on my phone. They come back on if I restart the phone.

(I'm on 3)

Has anyone else noticed the same thing?

Any suggestions please?

A friend on the HTC forum has the same problem as me and suggested that turning airplane mode off and on brings the data connection back.

I tried it and it works.

Does this mean a design flaw in the HTC One X I wonder?
