Help GPS and Bluetooth issues

I've noticed when it is cloudy out, my GPS either has a hard time or doesn't get a signal.

My bluetooth also is not connecting to my Ford Sync. IIRC, it is 7. And yes, my phone is set to discoverable. What happens is, I can pair it, and then it drops out after a few minutes. My work Blackberry and my previous Blackberry had no issues.

How can I resolve these issues?

Not sure about your bluetooth issues but the clouds will not have any effect on your GPS reception.
