OK, someone can make a million bucks from this idea....and all I want is the app once it is done 
There are plenty of GPS apps which take you to and from a point, and many of them allow you to choose walking.
But, lots of people just want to walk for a certain time (or distance) from their current location and back again. eg exercise, walk the dog etc.
So, this app would allow the user to enter a distance or time, and the app would plan a route (or offer a few options) that returns them to the starting point in the planned time.
It should also keep track of routes and provide a variety so that the user does not follow the same path every time.
