GPS Fix - GPS Timeout?

Whats GPS Timeout mean and what would be the best setting for this? The default is 15 min

Without knowing the app I'd saying, this is the time allowed for trying to get a GPS lock

But 15 minutes would be a long time for getting a GPS lock.
My phone gets it in 10 seconds to 1 minute

GPS Timeout is the same for the timeout of anything. If it doesn't accomplish its task in a certain amount of time, it stop trying.

The best setting would be the longest I guess. 15 min is ok.

Your miss understanding bro. My gps gets lock in 5-10 sec give or take. The app like stated is GPS fix. Thanks though

No problem. But if you GPS is actually giving you a message saying it timed-out, then you have a problem. Either there is no satellite around you, or that the GPS is broken.
