Hard to explain, but I want to be able to plot the 4 corners of a farm field and get the square footage of the resulting polygon. I have a fancy commercial GPS unit and GIS software but they are incredibly bloated with features that I dont need. It would be nice to just be able to take my phone out with me, plot a few points and have the resulting data...
