Help GPS isn't working right with apps

I live in a crowded city, but maps works fine, the combination of wifi and coarse GPS does a great job of finding my location. However, when I try to use apps like Joyity, Rah (Restaurant Guide) and orienteering it uses a location about 100 miles from here that I was last at about 3 days ago.

why aren't those apps (several of which i just got) using my new GPS location?

I've had no real problems with the GPS yet. It seems to get my location pretty quickly.

any idea? it works just fine in maps, but the Apps... not so much

Only thing I can think to do is restart your phone or turn off GPS. Mabey turn off GPS, restart, turn it back on and see what happens.
