Root GPS issue with all roms

So I've been trying out multiple combinations of cm 10 by pg and bobz with ports by johnny's. But I have no luck with gps. I know I'm doing everything correctly. All the settings for gps is on, including the account setting. Yet, Google Maps nor Gps Status app won't detect my gps at ALL. maps only showing 40 meters accurate. What could be a problem? Any ideas?? Thank you in advance.
 
I have an extra lg motion that I don't use and I just flashed exactly the same ROM and port to see if it's hardware failure but apparently, it's not. My secondary phone is also gpsless. Please help someone. I use GPS a lot :(
 
Same here. When I try to use navigation, it shows where I am pretty accurately (within 50 meters), but still says No GPS. So it won't do directions.
