Help GPS Issue

When I try to use the GPS on my GS3, it will say "getting driving directions" for several minutes on the screen. I can have 5 bars, and the lady will say "data connection lost". It is really annoying. This is my second one in 2 weeks. Anyone else had this issue or have any advice?

What settings are you using for GPS. My GPS is great since I turned off VZW Location Services
