Yes, mine's done the same since the update. I downloaded a few GPS apps to see if clearing cache and resetting my satellites would help, but no joy. This was also killing my battery since my phone was constantly trying to find my location. The only thing that helped in that regard was to try and stop all apps from trying to track my location (which in many ways kills the smartphone experience).
However, all of a sudden, about two weeks ago my phone began locking onto its position fairly regularly. I was in the middle of a golf game and was using one of my golf apps that tracks location and distance on the course. When I started the game, the phone wasn't tracking my location. I noticed, as I was entering my score from the previous hole, that my phone suddenly was giving my distance to the next hole. I hadn't been messing with the phone at the time, so I don't know why it decided at that moment to start working. It's been working pretty reliably since, but will occasionally drop off the radar (so to speak).
