Only if you own the phone and the account it's connected to.
If you know the password for the gmail address of the phone (if it's your phone and your account, you should), go to Android Device Manager - locate your phone and you'll see where the phone is.
If it's not your phone, or your account ("I'm his father" is legally irrelevant in this case) it's a federal crime to track a phone without a warrant. It's also unauthorized use of a computing device, an old, but still enforceable, law.
