Help GPS Navigator problem

When ever I try to go into my gps navigator is says,
"failed to get subscriber info. please turn off wifi and try again." any ideas? i turn off wifi and use mobile network i get the same thing. i turn both off and it says "gps navigator not available"...

Please help me!
