Help GPS not working

My Android phone BLU5.5C GPS doesn't work properly. Audio is intermittent. Maps run so far behind that I've driven past the point where I should have gotten further instruction to turn. It worked fine for about 2 years, but now malfunctions constantly.

Any advice?
