Help GPS not working

NineToTheSky

My One X is running 1.29.401.7 and is unrooted and unbranded.

According to GPSTest, I have 11 satellites in view, but none in use. In settings/location, all options are ticked.

Any ideas?

I have just spoken to HTC, and they say the issue will be corrected in the 1.29.401.11 update which be available in the UK in a few days.

I haven't any GPS sat fix problem with 1.29.401.11 :)

But I hadn't also with 1.29.401.7

Sorry - do you mean you haven't had the problem, or you have the problem and it hasn't been fixed by either update?

I meant I haven't had the problem with 1.29.401.7 and I haven't the problem with 1.29.401.11

The One X has the fastest fix of all my HTC phones. With my old HTC phones I didn't get a fix in my house, with the One X I get a fix inside :)

Hope my grammar is better than last time ;)

Just had mine updated to 1.29.401.11, GPS problem still exist. I'm sat at work with Triplog GPS tracking turned on, after 5 mins it says I've travelled 27.2 miles while sat at my desk and counting.

Whilst my Desire HD is showing correctly 0.0 miles logged.
