Root gps not working

The GPS on my optimus net was working perfectly, then suddenly it is all messed up.
GPS test shows 8-10 satellite, I don't know if that's good or bad but its obviously communicating on some level, but the location is no where near right, it shows me as anywhere from 1000 feet to several miles away. The whole ay across town even, and this is ompletely useless because I deliver pizzas and will need it for my job.

Please help, do you think its a softwar or hardware issue, I hope there's something I can do to fix it
