GPS Offline

Are you looking for a stand alone navigation device? Or maybe a alternative gps receiver for your phone /tablet (do they still exist)? For car? Hiking? Both?

I want an app (for huaweiU8160) like google navigate but that works only on GPS satellites without internet connection, it will use gps for car travel

You might have a look at the free Navfree or the inexpensive NavDroyd.
If you want more, the paid Navigon and CoPilot are the best :) IMO

Ahh, I'm not too familiar with the current crop of nav apps. I've heard good things about -

Don't know if it's the best, but it is free. Keep in mind that if you're problem is when traveling outside a data area, it is possible to download portions of Google maps for use when data is unavailable. I used this on a recent Caribbean vacation where I had no data and it worked very well.

I think an application for which you have to pay is better than one free,I think that goes for GPS applications.Navfree: Free GPS Navigation does not contain maps for my country.
Navigon(payd version) seems Ok but over 1000 people were disappointed,I'd be tempted to try CoPilot GPS,but wait for other opinions

I use CoPilot V9 and love it. (Have been using it for over 2 yrs.) It's worth the money and it has a lot of customizations and POI. You can even do Google searches if needed, within the app. You can even change routes and add POI to your current destination. They update there maps every quarter as well. Using offline maps will save your phone from getting warm/hot on those long trips.

seriously thinking to install it buit I don't want to be disappointed

You might also have a look at Sygic with its seven day trial.

I've heard good things about it, unlike Navigon and CoPilot I've no personal experience with the app.

I risked and installed CoPilot Live Premium Europe and I have a few questions:
1.Why my position is not on the map? but if you choose a route, the starting point is the position where I am.
2.Why can not download the GPS voice in my language? pressed "download" but nothing happens

So when you go to menu> settings> language & voice> and you select the voice and press the download button, nothing happens. You can test to see if it saved by going back to that language and it will show up with a test button, if it downloaded.

I tried but it does not work, language is not installed and can not test.

Navigation in android you can use offline but for that you first need to arrange your root using internet once the whole map is captured then you can use the same map offline.
