Hi, I feel like i'm going mad, my xperia x8 has seen better days, so I got a new HTC desire C, which i promptly returned because the GPS didnt work. Now i've recieved my replacement, a Galaxy Ace, i was very happy until i tried the GPS - it's the exact same issue - it just searches for ever and ever.
I tried google maps naviagtion with both, and when each phone failed I downloads GPS status, cleared the agps and download new but in both cases it did nothing. I've put my old X8 next to the Ace and it can pick up GPS in about 15 seconds no problem. My question is, is it me or the phones? Am i doing something wrong (and yes GPS and data location appears to be turned on) or what?
I'd really appreciate any thoughts or help or anything, i'm real sad, feel like i'll have to use my xperia forever!
