GPS Tracker for road trips

[Veeshun]

Hi I'm going to be taking a road trip next weekend to the land my family owns in the middle of national forest here that's been in the family for many generations. I need an app that can track the trip especially in the forest since there's a lot of dirt roads and forks. I want it to track the entire car trip up so I can remember how to get back up there next time I go up. Which app would be best for this? Also I need to get the latitude and longitude up there as well.

Thanks!

I would use My Tracks by Google.

I second Google My Tracks. Very thorough, and uses very little battery compared to other apps like it.
