GPS tracking apps display wrong location

[WoodenAnts]

Hey guys,
I've been trying to get a GPS tracking app for a long time now, and I've tried many apps. They all say I am in Mountain Creek, which is about 4/5 kilometer from my actual location. At first I thought it was a problem with the app itself, but every app has been displaying the same exact location so I'm starting to think its not a problem with my phone. I am rooted, with a Nexus S, so I wont have a problem flashing different radios if needed, but really anything that can get this to work would be great. Thanks guys!

Hello WoodenAnts. You might want to check out that discussion area for your S and see if others have experienced the same problem or if they know of a fix. After using multiple apps with same results.. it has to be the phone or at least it's link to the satellites. Here is a link to the S discussion area. I hope the friendly users there can help you.
