Help GPS use on Note 3

Is it just me, but does anybody else have a problem of using their navigation system and it losing gps signal and says, "GPS SIGNAL LOST." ?? This is extremely agrivating, especially you get lost while driving? It happens every singal time I use my gps. I installed some app I saw on YouTube that was supposed to calibrate the gps, but still no help... can anybody help me resolve this problem?

Well mine does it literally everyday. Online on the navigation. My location for weather is always accurate, but the navigation is crazy. It's so irritating.

With a good data connection (WiFi is fine) -

Wrench icon, perform all calibrations as instructed.

Wrench, a-GPS - reset, then again to acquire assistance data.

See if that helps.

Dial *#0*#.. go to Sensor... look at the small compass. Perform figure 8 on all axes until its blue and show a number 3.
This procedure has to be repeated if restarting your phone.

Check your gps/location setting and be sure its on highest accuracy.. wifi, celltower and gps.
If you have any protective cover, take it off and try again. Some covers are known to interfere with gps.

Some people has reported that slightly loose screws in the casing has *ucked up their gps. Tighten them carefully will bring back gps accuracy.
