If your asking about the voice feedback in the turn-by-turn directions, you can change this in Settings\Voice input & output\Text-to-speech settings\Default Engine.
The phone uses Pico TTS as a default, but there are other engines available in the Play store. I use the Loquendo TTS engine which comes with a default "Susan" voice, but allows you to purchase other voices to customize the feedback. The voice sounds a lot better, but occasionaly it will forget the selected voice, which means I have to go into the settings, change to Pico, and then change back to Loquendo to get it remember the settings. Over all I do like Loquendo a lot better because it sounds more natural.
Loquendo TTS is going to set you back USD $5.36, but be warned that the info page in the Play store says it's not ready for ICS, so it may not be useable if we get ICS before the end of the month. You can find other "voices" if you search for "TTS voices" in the play store, but most of them will cost you something to get your voice on...
I selected the English (United Kingdom) in the text-to-speech setting section, but Google Navigation continues to use the English (United States) voice.
How do you force Navigation to use this selected voice?
