Help GPS won't lock?

In this device GPS has a weird setup but it works very good. The idea is if you want to lock it up, first download androits GPS test from store and start the app, then go to location settings disable three options and then turn VZN location first, then Standalone GPS and do not activate google location services, after a few seconds you'll see the GPS lock sign at notification bar.
Instead of using androits app you could use any app tha request GPS hardware lock.

It stopped working and the method described above doesn't help anymore.
Tried several times. Also tried clearing A-GPS data by GPS Toolbox app.
It's a MIL-STD-810G certified device called "Commando".
Y it no work stable?
If i had been lost in a forest or something how could I find my way out if there's no such thing as GPS in a COMMANDO DEVICE? Jesus...
I had to ask for directions last Sunday because the GPS stopped working in google maps.
And where's SIM location service? I've had connection and it didn't find me but it should have. I had a SE device on db2020 platfom - it had no GPS and the celluar location worked with no issues.

When I was in 'Stan and it had a Roshan SIM I had to put it into and out of airplane mode. Hope this helps...
