Help Gps

[puddled]

Hello, I am interested in buying either the Defy or Samsung Galaxy Ace and would like to ask users of the Defy their opinon. As well as the obvious phone calls & text, my main application will be GPS & navigation. Can users of the phone tell me if the GPS gets a reliable quick lock on satellites and maintains the fix?

Thanx

I've been playing with a variety of software and the fix seems fast enough outside and it seems good enough for navigating. I have certainly not had any problems and I have also managed OK within certain buildings....

Defy GPS has worked for me at least as well as in previous phones. Not like in the movies, of course, where it works in subway tunnels and deep basements!
