Green Box App Select Bug

Just the other day I noticed that all of the sudden when I select an app to start from my home screen or other side screens it looks different. Normally when you select an app, a green box appears around the selected app and then disappears when it starts. Now the square has become an ugly rectangle. It looks like a return has been inserted or something. Now selecting an app places a massive green space below the app icon.

Anyone else come across this issue? Is this just another bug that 1.6, 2.0 and now 2.1 were supposed to fix with me stuck on 1.5 thanks to the morons at Sprint?

I got a nice pretty blue box, but it amazes me what people complain about. Then proceed to call sprint morons because of it!

Honestly, I don't remember what it was supposed to look like stock, it's been so long since I've had my phone stock lol. I think it was a blue box, then Fresh changed it to a green box for a while, and then it ended up some were green, some were blue...now with the 2.0.1 ROM it's a rounded orange box.

Hey guys, I found a working solution!!
=>Got to settings
=>Select Developer options
=>Disable developer option
=>Done

(Note: once u disable developer options, u can enable it and it will reset to default with no saved settings. But the green box won't appear again!!)
