Greeting from Italy

Hi people,
I am from northern Italy and I am new to the forum.
The reason I am here is that I am currently a BlackBerry user considerign to switch to an Android phone in the near future... but before making the great step I must be sure of a few things.
So I will make some technical questions in order to solve my doubts concerning this operating system, so that I can then make an informed decision...
