I'm so glad that I found you all. I'm into my third day as owner of a Samsung Galaxy Prevail and I am full of questions. I've already created my own ringtone - from my own music! I know, that is nothing to you gals and guys but I am so proud of myself! I've transferred contacts from email and today I did a wipe of the phone to maybe correct the freezing problem. That's just it ... is it a freezing problem or a bad signal? I'm about ready to see if I lost everything. I DID take the card out first. If I lost anything I can use the practice to put it back on. I do have a voicemail question that I will post on its own. Thank You all for being there! -- Renee
