Hello everyone...especially those techies out there with empathy and not distain for those of us that don't speak the language as well as u . I have a serious issue and hopefully one of u has heard about this issue b4. I purchased a rooted HTC sensation 4g and got it 2day. Its under t mobile so I set it up and went to work playing around to see what all the fuss was about. I immediately noticed my signal was low and I was getting no 4g...no 3g..no gs at all. It was literally painful for me being ADHD to wait for the simplest searches to download. The seller swears they got 4g and told me quote "you must be doing something wrong". Arrrghhh..they're kidding right? Or is there some app I need to download? BTW they did say they reset to factory settings b4 shipping but factory settings have 4g plus how can u reset a rooted fone? I recall reading there was a way to run ur rooted fone faster but that some ppl overdo it and it can cause probs. Has anyone out there have ANY ideas for me? As it is I'm sitting here with a no g basic fone I can pretty much use for calls and texts only I'm out a lot of money I can't spare

To factory reset the phone, you can follow this procedure:

1. From the main home screen, tap menu
2. Tap Settings, then Privacy
3. Tap Factory data reset
4. Tap Reset phone
5. Enter your password if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm

I already reset the phone. It still wont run 4g...or any g. Is there a setting i can find to make it run faster?
