Greyed out Install button

I recently brought my first android phone, a HTC EVO 3D and I love it compared to my 3gs.
But there is a problem.
When installing a third party app, it goes to the permissions page and when I click install, nothing happens. It appears as of the install button is greyed out (or grayed out, if you have no idea what I am talking about).
But the cancel button works.

I have the right settings for installing third party apps, because it worked for a while after I brought the phone. It appeared to stop working as soon as I moved the Grand Theft Auto 3 app onto my micro sd card.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hello and welcome aboard. Move back the game to your phone and see if that fixes the problem. I'm assuming you have the permission box checked in application - Does this happen with all download apps or just one?
 
It happens to all my third party apps. Market apps I have no problem.
Even when I try to install a preloaded app from /system/apps/ I had the same greyed out button problem. The app I tried was spiderman 3d.
 
Did you move the game back to the phone from your SD card? I don't have my Evo 3d at the moment to see if I would be able or not to installed any third party apps. I guess for some reason you don't have permission to installed app that's not from the Android market.
 
I moved it back, and it still doesn't work. I would really like an answer for this, since I am essentially stuck with a factory device. The third party apps I have already installed work when I use them. But when I try reinstalling spiderman 3d which came with the phone I get the same greyed out button.
