Groove ip ERROR(Google Voice)

I Open Groove ip and try to sign into Google voice and i get the error
"Network error: could not reach google serevers. Please ensure talk.google.com and your port 5222 are open in your network firewall"

i can tell you my internet was shut off for only a few hours(forgot to pay bill) then when it was turned back on i couldnt connect.
i use my wifi to connect.

Test your browser, make sure you can connect to something.
Try connecting to Google Voice directly (see if it lets you log in and/or send a text).
If you do have a connection and GV is working, then Groove IP should connect. Use your Google log-in and PW. Search GrooveIP FAQ if unsuccessful... or post in this thread: http://androidforums.com/application-announcements/320717-app-groove-ip-google-voice-voip.html

I have same problem today. Just turn off wifi connection, then turn back on and Groove IP will open again. I hope Groove IP will fix this problem (problem occured even though my internet connection is there and no problem to sign in Google voice). Groove IP need to sign in every time I start using the phone for the past few days?
