Group/Individual Messaging

Hello I am having issues when i try to text more than one person in a single text message. On my last phone (Droid Razr M) When I entered more than one recipient I had the option between choosing to send the text to each person individually so that when they reply they only reply to me, or send a group text so that when they reply they reply to everyone.

So my question is how do you change between the group or individual? I can't find any option to switch between the two. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

If you open up the settings menu from the messaging app you get this menu, not sure if this helps.

Yeah i saw that i assume by disabling that you would text people individually instead of a group but is there an easier option perhaps? On my old droid razr i could choose before i sent the text and i didnt have to go to the setting each time. Thanks still
