Hi All,
Had this phone for a couple weeks and have been having a group messaging issue. When I'm participating in a group message and people begin to respond, some of the group member are lumped together in the reponses but others are not. Then when someone else responds it may create a whole nother group message with random peoplease from the original group. It seems to be random as far as who is grouped with who. We all have each other in our contact lists so I would expect that a response from someoklne to the group would go to everyone. It gets super confusing as on my phone it looks like I have multiple group messages going but in fact they are all one group message and should he all together. It makes it very hard to tell who is responding to what and at what time. Went to the Sprint store and they were no help. They only suggested a hard restart. The phone is literally brand new. I do notice that with all my group messaging a box pops up telling me it is being converted to MMS format. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything. Thanks in advance.
