Group Messages

I use the Samsung messenger on my Galaxy S7. I can get MMS, but they come in individually and I have to respond to each person individually. Is there a way to change that? When I go into settings/more settings/multimedia settings there is no option for changing group messages. Please help.

No. one has an S6+ and the other has an S5

Are they using the Samsung messaging app as well?

I'm not sure. I did find the setting in the Android messages app, but, personally, I don't like how it works. I'd much rather figure out how to get this one to work.

It may not be possible unless everyone agrees to run the same app. Group messaging is one thing no one has every been able to standardize.

I know Textra (the message app I use) has such a setting. Maybe play with a few apps and see whether you can find one you like which works how you want.
