I am unable to reply to group text from my Android to an I phone? Any apps out there that would solve this issue?
 
No. Apple has been aware of the fact that iMessage doesn't meet all the specs of SMS since before they released it and is being VERY slow (it's been years) in doing anything about it. Since the problem is with iMessage, it can't be fixed from the Android side. Android messaging meets the specs.
