I am looking for a way to assign tasks to individuals in a group and then track their completion. Specifically, this group is my adolescent children. It seems that the only effective way to achieve communication with them is via text messaging, so SMS integration would be a critical element.
Here is my requirements list:
* Can create and assign tasks to multiple users
* Alert users of their tasks via SMS at a programmable time/date
* Mark a task as complete via a return SMS message
* Handle one-time and recurring tasks
Optional, but desirable:
* When a recurring task is marked complete, it gets assigned to the next person in task group - i.e. walk the dog rotates between a definable list of people.
I'd be happy with an app, desktop program or website that does this.
