Group Text Splitting Up

When I send a text to multiple people it splits up into individual texts to each person. When they reply back it comes back individually instead of staying together. There is no reply all function on their end because it doesn't stay together. Is there some settings I need to change or an app that I can download that does this automatically.

That means it's being sent as SMS instead of MMS. You can't use the ancient SMS protocol in group messaging. Just enable send group messages as MMS in the settings.
