Help Grouping apps into folders

[Android Question]

When trying to group apps into folders, I am told to hold my finger on the app to drag it to another. But nothing happens.... Do I need to activate this somehow?

That's the problem... it won't move. If I hold it down, nothing happens. If I try to move the one app, all apps move as if I am going to the next page. I have a Samsung note 5.

Go to the play store and search for Nova launcher and install it
