GS3: Substantial Price Decrease?

I'm due for an upgrade and am torn between the GS3 and Razr HD. I'm wondering if there will be a decent price drop for the GS3 since it has been out for some time and the release of the Note 2 is rapidly approaching. What do you guys think? I know it was $99 for a day or so last week on Amazon. I'm hoping it will hold that price again in the near future as that would probably be a decisive factor in deciding on which phone to choose.

I live in South Carolina, it's $100 at HH Greg and Best Buy has had Sunday specials for $100 two weeks in a row here.
