Help Gs3 vibrating all the time

So I remember before jelly bean there was a setting I could change to have apps use the vibrate function so when I played games and I hit a wall in a racing game or someone had dialogue the phone would vibrate. Today I installed a streaming audio app and the phone it's vibrating every time there is audio on the app. I no longer can find the setting to disable that feature on the phones settings.

Anyone have any thoughts?
