Help GS3 W/Jelly Bean will not pair with Big Jambox.

Need YOUR wisdom and expertise.
Just purchased a Big Jambox 12/16/12. It pairs fine with my Galaxy Note 10.1 and Ipad 2, but will not pair with my Phone (Galaxy S3). I updated the GS3 from 4.0.1 to 4.1 (jelly bean) earlier in the day before buying the jambox 12/16/12. The GS3 recognizes it in the blue tooth device area but will not check the call and audio boxes and pair. Just updated the Jambox fresh Sunday night after I brought it home. Please help... verizon is my service provider.

My situation has been resolved. Unfortunately I cannot provide any explanation really. After three days of trying to pair them without success, they have now paired. I am happy that the problem led me to join this forum. Now I have a go to place to improve my android experience. Thanks

Were you trying to use the new autopair or manually pairing them?
