Im looking to get the razr gsm version on ebay. But I want to know a few things before like if I will get 4g and if it will work with AT&T

I got one on Amazon (XT910) and it works great on ATT and you get 4G.. It would be good to know what is the original country (region) of origin, if it is from Japan for example, you will not get WebTop. You can find that by looking at the "System Version".

Do you know how long the battery last

The battery is OK. The biggest factor on how long it lasts has to do with the signal strength.. if you are in an area where the signal is really weak the battery can go empty within 5 or 6 hours, and you can feel the phone heating up.
If you are in an are in a normal reception area, the phone will last a day and a half with "normal" use. relative to other phones I had, the battery is comparable or slightly better.
