So I get paid at the end of the month. With that money I was planning on buying a S3. The CDMA S3 will have access to HSPA+ which is still great speeds. So I shouldn't really wait for the GSM S3 right - because sure enough before 2015 I will get a new phone.

the CDMA version will have metro LTE and just the EVDO to fall back on. Which is usually slow under 1mbps.

The CDMA S3 would be comparable to your current spirit and probably not worth changing from that phone to.
