[GSMGeorgia]

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a proper app for android, of GSM signal tracker so i could import some data (like: if app shows me Cell ID with numbers, if i import the site name for those cell IDs to display those Cells with site names).

It sounds like you are describing RF Signal Tracker found at:

The latest version has a way to store names with the Cell ID and if it shows a tower off the coast of Africa just wait a while because it will probably update the location of that tower in time.
