Hi Guys,
Me Note has died
I have another coming as it was insured 
but my dilemma is this.... I can't switch it on in order to perform a factory reset.
This means that potentially, my damaged handset will go back to Orange, be repaired and any personal data that is still on the phone may be recovered or worse still, sent out to a new customer :alberteinstein:
Any suggestions as to how I can put my mind at rest and clear the phone before handing it over to Orange?
