Help GT-N7000 UK Jelly Bean Update Problems

Hi I have a Galaxy Note that I've had for about 7 months now. The other day I got a push message for an OTA Update. I downloaded this and tried updating it and it didn't work. I then tried charging it (so it had over 50% battery) and tried again. It did not work.

I then tried connecting it to Kies but Kies insists that I have the latest firmware!

Should I factory reset then try again?
