It keeps reinstalling.
But later gives an error message about reinstalling it.
Dunno what it is but I sure do not need it!
Thanks all

The Google+ app is installed as a system app so you won't be able to actually remove it unless you root it. As you've discovered when you try to install the app updates they just reinstall themselves later. Is your Note running KitKat? At best you might be able to use the 'Turn off' button in your Settings >> More >> Application manager >> Google+ menu.

I tried deleting but of course that does not work
I keep getting this google plus error and it takes over the tablet.
Thanks

Which version of Android is your Note 10 running? If it's still on its original Ice Cream Sandwich (ver. 4.0.x) there could also be a app version issue.

Try starting up the Play Store app, tap on the three horizontal lines icon in the upper left, tap on 'My apps & games', and if there are an update listed for the Google+ app apply it and see if this will at least alleviate those pop up messages. Once updated, then try going into the Settings >> Application manager menu, find the Google+ entry and use the 'Turn off' button.
