GTab 8.9 v2?

I am really worried that we won't get a v2 for the 8.9 size. I am really in love with it after having a 7" and a 10" model. Now that I've had mine for awhile, I have a daily place for it in my mobile computing lifestyle, but also realize that I probably need a 32GB version.

Do you think Samsung will get a version 2 of this size once they've launched the already announced models?

What makes you say that? If its just because they haven't announced a new one, I don't think that is a good reason until after the May 3rd event.

There were consistent rumors about the "2" series and "Plus" series before they came out. Samsung is usually pretty good about letting us know what they are up to and the GSIII launch is a perfect example of that. Plus sales of the 8.9 dropped off pretty quickly (and notice that no other mfg. has show interest in this size). Now that the May 3 event is past and no announcement was made, I think it's safe to say they've dropped it.

I'm really glad to have mine though. The "2" and "Plus" series aren't much better than the series before. With the coming ICS update, the 8.9 will be good to go for quite a while.
