Help Gtab stuck

If a gtab is gets past the birds and into a black screen that says android and wont go beyond that, can it be recovered? Might get one that's stuck like that. Thanks in advance.

edit: if i can access the bootloader is it safe to assume i can recover the tab?

Kool Kat2,

Try booting up again holding the power button and the up-volume button until you see the words "Recovery Key Found". If you haven't rooted yet, it should pop up with a command to let you use Recovery (it's been a while so I don't remember the exact words). If you have Clockwork mod on it, it should let you have the option to recover also (but it might be in the Advanced menu). Sorry I don't have my tab on me at the moment, but in either case it should let you do a recovery.
