Help Gtab will not boot past tap n tap screen

It loads the birds, it loads the g tablet , it loads tap n tap but then freezes in that screen. I downloaded the launcher pro app and this is what happened. I used the tablet for like 40 minutes and this is what happens.....HELP!

and another thing I tryed to call for support and find out they were closed for the day, who dosent have 24hr support in 2011

I got it back up with a reboot
